EYE HOME CLINIC II User Agreement

USER AGREEMENT FOR EYE HOME CLINIC II (English Version)
Effective Date: July 4, 2025

This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the EYE HOME CLINIC II app ("App") provided by GANA Holdings Inc. By using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below.

ARTICLE 1: PURPOSE

This Agreement outlines the rights, responsibilities, and obligations between the App and the user regarding the use of the App’s services.

ARTICLE 2: DEFINITIONS

User: Any individual who installs and uses the App.
Service: Features provided by the App, including guidance for capturing anterior segment eye photos, AI-based image quality analysis, informational content, and optional expert feedback for educational purposes.

ARTICLE 3: ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT

By downloading or using the App, you agree to all terms in this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and other relevant policies. The App is not a medical tool and does not replace professional medical consultation.

ARTICLE 4: MODIFICATION OF AGREEMENT

The App may revise this Agreement. Users will be notified of changes via in-app announcements or website notices. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

ARTICLE 5: SERVICE DESCRIPTION

The App provides guidance for capturing anterior segment eye photos using the rear camera of supported Android devices.
The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. All results are non-diagnostic and for informational and educational purposes only.
AI models analyze image quality (e.g., clarity and suitability). Optional expert feedback (e.g., from eye care professionals) may be provided for educational purposes but is not a medical diagnosis.
Photos and data submitted may be processed by AI models or reviewed by experts for quality assessment and feedback.
Users can access results via ads or an optional subscription.
With user consent, anonymized data may be used for research, system improvement, or algorithm validation. Users can opt out via in-app settings at any time.
Health Concerns: For any health-related concerns, consult a qualified medical professional. The App does not replace professional medical advice.

ARTICLE 6: SUBSCRIPTION AND FEES

An optional subscription provides ad-free access to analysis results and up to 20 analysis requests per month.
The subscription fee is $2.99/month, auto-renewable unless canceled at least 24 hours before the billing cycle ends.
Subscriptions can be managed via Google Play account settings.

ARTICLE 7: USER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Users shall not upload illegal, abusive, or inappropriate content.
  
  

• Users are responsible for securing their login credentials.
  
  

• Users shall not misuse the Service or attempt unauthorized access.
  
  

ARTICLE 8: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
GANA Holdings Inc. is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including any decisions made based on the App’s content.
The App is not a substitute for medical advice. Users are solely responsible for any health-related decisions based on the App’s information.

ARTICLE 9: PRIVACY

The App collects and processes data as outlined in the Privacy Policy. With your consent, anonymized data may be used for research or system improvement. You can withdraw consent at any time via in-app settings. Refer to the Privacy Policy for details.

ARTICLE 10: TERMINATION

Users may stop using the App by deleting it.
The App may suspend or terminate service for users who violate this Agreement.

ARTICLE 11: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content (e.g., images, software, text) is owned by GANA Holdings Inc. or its licensors.
Anonymized data used for research will not be used for commercial purposes without your explicit consent, obtained via in-app settings or written agreement.

ARTICLE 12: GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
