You can request deletion of your account and associated data without reinstalling the app. Choose one of the options below:
In‑app: Settings → Account → Delete Account (available to signed‑in users).
Email: Send a request from your registered email address to drgby@ganaholdings.com with the subject: Account Deletion Request — Drone Delivery King.
Identity verification: we may ask you to sign in or reply from the email linked to your game account to confirm ownership.
Account identifiers (Firebase UID), sign‑in linkage (Google sign‑in association)
Game profile and cloud saves (nickname, progress, drones unlocked, Gold/Gems/XP, mission history)
Entitlements and in‑game items not mandated to be retained by law
Purchase records & tax/financial records (e.g., Google Play billing receipts): retained up to 5 years to comply with accounting, tax, fraud‑prevention, and legal obligations.
Server logs & backups (security/diagnostics): retained up to 30 days then purged or anonymized.
Aggregated analytics that cannot reasonably identify you.
Where feasible, leaderboards will be anonymized by removing the link to your identifiers.
We acknowledge your request within 72 hours.
We complete deletion within 30 days (or sooner), excluding legally required retention noted above.
Google Sign‑In & Firebase (Auth/Cloud Save)
Google Play Billing (purchase records)
Google AdMob (advertising & device identifiers)
Deletion is permanent. Profiles, progress, and items cannot be restored afterward.
Refunds, if applicable, must be requested via Google Play per their policies.
